This is very clear to all of us.  Romney knows that showing his tax returns will hurt him more than keeping them secret.  The only question here is, what the hell is in those tax returns that is worse than what we can imagine?  Harry Reid is saying that Romney paid no taxes for some years, but still Romney does not show them.  This makes me think they are worse than that.  Maybe he was given credit rebates from earlier years.  Could he be in the same league as Exxon? who gets tax credits while making billions.  Maybe it's just that he hates transparency.  He is keeping his campaign donors and policies secret too.  Can the American people be stupid enough to trust someone who has so little confidence in the American voter, that he won't trust them with any information?
